Each symptom can have more than one cause. We confirm the exact fault during the diagnosis, before giving you a price. If water reaches the floor or nearby outlets, turn off the dishwasher at the breaker and stop using it until it is checked.

Commercial equipment
We service residential dishwashers only, not restaurant or commercial units.
Plumbing, electrical and cabinet work
We connect to your existing water, drain and power. We don't install new lines or modify cabinets or countertops.
Dishwasher repair questions
Do I pay anything if I decide not to repair my dishwasher?
Only the $80 in-home visit, which includes the full diagnosis. Nothing else is charged without your approval.
Can you tell me the price over the phone?
Not before seeing the dishwasher. A drainage or washing problem can come from several parts, so we give a written estimate only after the diagnosis.
Do you install new dishwashers?
Yes, when the water, drain and power connections are already in place. See our pricing for installation rates.
Is it worth repairing an older dishwasher?
It depends on the fault and the price of the part. After the diagnosis you get a written repair price to compare with buying new, and the decision is yours.
What does the warranty cover?
A 1-year limited warranty on parts supplied and installed by ENGIFIX, including the labor to replace a covered part. A new service call is not included.
