What's not included
Commercial equipment
We service residential washers only, not laundromat or coin-operated machines.
Plumbing and electrical work
We connect to your existing water and power outlets. We don't install new hookups, drains or circuits.
Washer repair questions
Do I pay anything if I decide not to repair my washer?
Only the $80 in-home visit, which includes the full diagnosis. Nothing else is charged without your approval.
Can you tell me the price over the phone?
Not before seeing the washer. The same symptom can come from different parts, so we give a written estimate only after the diagnosis at your home.
Do you repair front-load and top-load washers?
Yes. We work on front-load, top-load, stacked and washer-dryer combo units from most major brands.
Is it worth repairing an older washer?
It depends on the fault and the price of the part. After the diagnosis you get a written repair price to compare with buying new, and the decision is yours.
What does the warranty cover?
A 1-year limited warranty on parts supplied and installed by ENGIFIX, including the labor to replace a covered part. A new service call is not included.
